Lash Appointment Booking policies Terms & Conditions

I confirm by making this appointment I will pay the deposit requested and required within 24 hours of booking
 

I understand that if I cancel my appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time I will forfeit my deposit.
 

I understand that if I am unwell at the time of my appointment I will need to reschedule for a later date. Notification must be made at least 24 hours before my booking commences or I may lose my deposit. If I attend my appointment and appear unwell JB Lash Academy has the right to refuse service and ask to reschedule.
 

I understand that JB Lash Academy Ltd has a strict no refund policy. If there are any issues with services a fix or removal will be offered within a reasonable time frame 

I understand that I must attend my appointment with my eyes make-up free. Failure to do so means I may be charged additional for a lash bath.

I understand that if JB Lash Academy cancels my appointment for any reason my appointment will be rescheduled to the nearest time available that is suitable or I will receive  refund for any deposit amounts paid for treatments.

I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late for my appointment JB Lash Academy reserves the right to - reschedule my appointment, complete the appointment in a reduced time or charge a late fee of £15 when full appointment time is used. This is up to their discretion at the time of the appointment.
 

I understand when booking a lash lift or brow lamination a patch test is compulsory and  booking needs to be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to my appointment.

I understand that I have the option to request a patch test for lash extensions 48 hours prior to my service, however patch tests can be inconclusive so in the event an allergy occurs no refund will be issued. I have the option to request a patch test it is not compulsory. Free removal will be offered in this instance in accordance with a medical practitioners advice.
 

I understand that if I am unhappy with the service & free adjustments have been offered these need to be made within 7 days of my original appointment.
 

I understand that I will need to follow correct aftercare procedures and any premature lash shed or allergies within the first 48 hours needs to be reported to my technician to ensure client satisfaction and safety.

i understand that it is my responsiblity to provide my service provider with all the relevant medical history required and give honest and accurate information. In regards to any questions when providing my treatment.

i understand that JB Lash Academy does not allow any plus ones to my appointment.

I understand that to receive a treatment I need to be aged 15 and above. All under 18s will need to be accompanied by an adult and parental consent will need to be provided prior to any treatment.

I understand by booking this appointment I will adhere to the pricing structure provided on my booking. Any price adjustments will be made for late fees, lash baths or add on treatments at the time of the appointment.

Payments and proof of payment need to be provided for the full service prior leaving my appointment. This will be checked and verified by JB Lash Academy. Failure to make payment will ban you from further booking and legal action will be taken

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily elected to receive nail services provided by Naristha Naicker at Luxe Nails by Naris.

Health Disclosure:

• I confirm that I have disclosed any known allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities that could be affected by nail treatments. These include, but are not limited to, allergies to nail products, skin conditions, or other relevant health issues

Service Risks

• I understand that nail treatments may involve risks including, but not limited to, skin irritation, nail damage, infection, and allergic reactions. I accept these risks and agree that the nail technician is not responsible for any adverse reactions or conditions that may arise from the service provided.

Aftercare:

• I have been informed of and understand the aftercare instructions provided by the nail technician. I acknowledge that following these instructions is essential to minimize the risk of complications and to ensure the longevity of the nail treatment.

Release of Liability:

• I release and hold harmless Naristha Naicker and Luxe Nails by Naris from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, and any other type of loss or damage.

Photographic Consent (Optional):

• I consent to the use of photographs of my nails taken before and after the service for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.

Legal Age and Competence:

• I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally competent to sign this waiver. If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on my behalf
